I am Dayane Oliveira, a Ph.D. candidate in the Materials Science and Engineering Department at UC Davis. I was born and raised in Brazil where I received my bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering at the Federal University of Itajubá (UNIFEI), in Itabira city.
